To begin your Future Sonics Custom Product Order please continue through the following steps:

Step 1:
*Each set of Ear Monitors®, Softerwear™ Sleeves & Custom Ear Plugs are completely custom made for each individual by hand, you will need to download our CUSTOM PRODUCT ORDER FORM & have your Ear Impressions taken by a licensed Audiologist. To locate a Licensed Ear Impression Provider near you, please use the Map below to select the proper area. Once you've locted an office near you, continue to Step 2:

Step 2:
Select Your Custom Product to purchase from the Future Sonics Secure Online Store.

Step 3:
After the completion of your online store order you will need to contact the local Audiologists Office that you've located prior to your purchase to schedule an appoint for Ear Impression Services Only. You must download, & take with you to the Audiologist, a copy of our CUSTOM PRODUCT ORDER FORM which will enusre your Ear Impressions are taken per our instructions as well as provide a Full Fit Warranty on your Custom Manufactured Products. Ear Impression Service varies in price, so be sure to check with your local office to know the cost prior to your visit.

Step 4:
In a Secure Box send:
• Your Ear Impressions (taken by your Audiologist)
• A copy of you Custom Product Order From
• A copy of your Online Store Receipt

Once we receive your Ear Impression we will begin manufacturing on your Custom Product Order. After your order is completed, it will be shipped based upon the information you provided in your Online Store Order.
